  • This system features the S4 4-piston caliper mounted to a 13″ 2 piece slot, drill, zinc plated rotor.
  • Baer systems include a unique billet backing plate that not only acts as a caliper mount, but also houses the bankisa (1-piece) park shoe.
  • Better modern park brake assembly then the more commonly used drum in hat park brake systems.
  • Systems feature stainless steel brake hoses as well as calipers that have D.O.T compliant dust and weather seals.

Common 4 piston pad shared on the aftermarket (#DR1 or Hawks #HB100)
Minimum Wheel Size:
17″ or larger (Use template to verify fitment, link below)
Includes:
Stainless braided brake hoses, Park brake assembly, park brake cables.  Includes Baer’s Verislide brakes to allow the rear caliper brackets to “float” to allow movement of the factory C-Clip axles.

Notes:

Designed to be used with Stock GM 10/12 bolt with C-clip axles
Additional Notes:
  • 15/16″ can be used Power or Manual.  Customers that prefer softer pedal feel with less pedal effort use 15/16″ for Power Brakes
  • 1″ with Power is based on good engine vacuum numbers, and that the booster is working corretly
  • Drag race applications with dual rear calipers should use a 1 1/8″ Bore Remaster
  • Port Configuration is based off Drivers seat position.  LP – Left port (Fender side), RP- Right Port (Motor Side)
  • Most all applications will use LP exit.  Fox Mustangs (1979-1993) will use RP due to shock tower clearance
  • Features a 2pc 13″ directionally vaned rotor
  • Designed as a less expensive rear option to match our Pro+ and Extreme+ front systems.
  • Fully machined billet backing plate that also holds the banksia park brake assembly
  • Features a “Banksia” park brake. A modern design of a common drum in hat.  Uses the same shoe as the late model Corvette (C5/C6)
  • Complete with all hoses, fittings and hardware
  • Proper banjo fittings (NOTE: Baer does not use any pipe thread fittings)
  • 13″ rotors will fit most 17″ wheels (verify with a template)
  • Standard colors are Red, Black or Silver.
