- Hot Rod Louver punching in hoods, deck lids, flat panels, etc.
- 7 sizes and shapes – 1″ up through 5″ wide
- 18ga steel flat weld in panels along with .060″ 3003 aluminum panels available soon
- Custom shaped flat panels upon request

- Pricing :
- Louvers are $5.00 per louver (any size)
- Discounted layout time – $75.00/hr – 1 hour minimum
- All fabrication type work needed (beyond layout time) ahead of louver punching i.e., brace removal, welding, rust repair, paint stripping, etc. – $100.00/hr
- All metal work, if needed, will be Tig welded and metal finished prior to punching
- Will not punch through any type of body work, clean metal with an 80 grit metal finish is preferred on both sides but can punch through light primer coating if needed.
- Louvers can be spaced at 1/2″ or 1/4″ spacing’s
- mild steel and aluminum punching only, no stainless
- The shear edge of punched the louvers may or may not need to be dressed. This can be done here or by the customer
